Room Hire
The Club's facilities are available to hire for Private Parties, Weddings, Wakes, Long Service Presentations, Exhibitions, Business Meetings and Presentations.
The Panel Room
The Panel Room is the ideal venue for small private parties, Dinners, Business Meetings and Exhibitions.
The Panel Room has its own separate bar, a ceiling mounted projector and screen for film shows, televised sports and power point presentations. The whole of the club has WiFi internet connection free of charge to members and hirers.
The room can be set out for business meetings and Denvilles House staff will be happy to assist with photocopying, printing and other meeting support services.
The Panel Room can also be set up as a Formal Dinner Venue seating up to 30 persons.
Dinners/ refreshments/ lunches/ buffets can be provided by our Restaurant Franchisee "ChefSam@33".
Please note that all drink must be provided by Denvilles Club and all food by our franchisee "ChefSam@33".
The Restaurant
The Restaurant is available for hire for meals and dinner parties for up to 24 persons.
Meals for larger numbers can be accommodated in the Panel Room (30) or in the Main Bar (subject to availability).
Bookings for the Restaurant should be made directly with our Franchisee, "ChefSam@33", not with Denvilles Club.
Chef Sam will be able to accommodate you with any menu of your choice or with the wide range of dishes from his menus. Buffets are also available on request. Beers, Wines and Spirits must be provided from the Denvilles Club bar.
The Main Bar
The Main Bar is available for bigger functions such as Parties, Weddings & Wakes. It is also ideal for Exhibitions, Business Meetings and Presentations.
The Main Bar can hold up to 100 people.
The Main Bar features a large well stocked bar and a dance floor. There is also a Bar Billiard Table and Dart Board.
Chef Sam@33 can provide Buffets and/or Bar Meals for your function.

The Card Room
The Card Room is ideal for small meetings, Clubs such as Bridge, Cribbage, Whist, War Games, Stamp Collecting, etc.
The Card Room has also facilities for Table Tennis.
Bookings
All bookings for The Panel Room, The Main Bar and The Card Room should be made on a booking form which gives full details of Hire Charges etc.(a .pfd version is provided on this page).
Bookings for the Restaurant Hire should be made directly with ChefSam@33
